And the media, as usual, does more to terrify than clarify.I feel bad for people who cannot afford property taxes on homes they have owned for a long time, but when a neighborhood gentrifies and goes up in value (from rock bottom, what everyone wants) the homeowners have to pay their share.

@Scott Loud I am no contract but I like the scope of work and also paying for materials myself and providing them until I have a relationship with them built up where its no longer a concern.

Then look at them / say them out loud every day and track your progress weekly

Literally one week earlier I was moving from GA to MI and no longer was able to react as quickly as I would have (and that move kinda rocked my world).

If not, that will be another heavy cost down the road (repipe/sheet rocking/painting).
