I am very well insured and I have no problem with providing my management company with whatever proof of insurance they require.I am very pro-active about my insurance coverage on my sfh's and I am always watching out for any liability issues.

It turned out the whole thing was a bit of a scam - the "lender" took a huge up front fee ($4,000) to do the deal - so it turned out they weren't really the lender... they were acting more like a broker...while it wasn't said this way, it appeared to be "after you pay us $4,000, we'll try to go and find you a loan."

I've been shopping around with brokers and have tried Obie and Steadily and those told me that they have no providers currently writing Landlord Policies in Harris County Houston TX.Can anyone advise if they have also run into this and if they have found a solution?
