Some very legitimate reasons (some that I have used myself!)....

Most important, REIPro has legitimate MLS sales data - we verified this thru a realtor friend - PStream was all over the place.

It's one of the most popular cities every suburb in Michigan comes to Detroit to get their fill of entertainment, sports, bars, venues, etc.

I've sold a few of them this past year (Charlotte home values went sky high) in order to free up some time and energy to put into a mansion/wedding venue that I bought back in April. 

I have unfortunately received some conflicting advice on the different venues which were later explained as there was no hard fast rule and so could be done different ways.  

Now I'm at the point of figuring out how I go from being known as a notary to being known as a legitimate real estate investor.I guess there wasn't really a question anywhere in there LOL I just saw this introductory option for the forums and thought I can give my background and ideas and see if anyone had anything to say! 

I can't imagine a legitimate roofer doing this without alerting someone to the condition of the OSB or plywood underneath just to cover their butts.I guess the real question is was this a licensed roofer or you know....... just a guy?

One has to wonder why you hired him in the first place, and if you did your due diligence, Because his behavior is so out of the norm for a legitimate contractor, that I have to assume that you probably didn’t do your homework.
