Hello, I own a rental house on a large lot and I'm planning to divide the lot to build a duplex for renting out.

As an example if your house was going to sell in two weeks for full price, and some random person came up to you and said I really want this house but I need six weeks to get you the money.

Yes, sharing our actual costs,  we need more housing but also letting people get past some of the big unknowns.   

There are hospitals in my area but I'm having a hard time finding out if there is a need for traveling healthcare worker housing. 

I own a house (NW Indiana) that I fully renovated and now have 200k equity in it.

I live here and want a house in mountain somewhere but can never make the numbers work. 

Purchase price: $505,000 Cash invested: $55,000 Sold our first condo and used the equity as down payment and for a couple upgrades on this this single family primary residence / house hack.

They said they will not be able to leave until the end of Aug “as agreed” but I did not agree to that.
