Exterior cement wall needs no seal unless it is you want it to look like something, ie stained looking cement, or landscape decoration with a specific look, otherwise, forget it.

My dad is about 67 and he is great with masonry, landscaping, and has a ton of contacts. 

I also do landscaping too and cut his lawn for $50, a true hustler.  

My father has never touched a computer, still has a flip phone and has managed to build a great landscaping hustle.  

I typically do some light demo, keep the place cleaned up, landscaping, and painting.

I'm wondering what the wholesaling landscape will be like in the near future?  

The exterior has been neglected and needs paint, new fencing, court yard landscaping and trees cut down.

I am at the end of a new construction build and was wondering if it is better to take care of all the landscaping (top soil, grading, sod, paver walkway etc) and AFTER this rip out the existing driveway and lay down new asphalt?
