We have done ALL the work ourselves except for finishing the drywall.I will do a whole RENO thread once its done, but here is just a quick overview of what we have done.Whole new Heat and Air unit, switched to gas, and moved duct work from under the house to the attic.

I am not kidding when I say I have properties that I spent less than 2 total hours on last year - that's EVERYTHING, including driving by once in a while to make sure it's still standing and popping in to do a 30 second check on floors, heating filters, and under sinks.

We Completely renovation the kitchens, fresh coats of paint throughout, stainless steel appliances, new toilets, lighting, Ceiling fans in every room, removing the baseboard heat and adding individual room heaters.
