The bonus is this: bi-weekly means paying every 2 weeks...NOT twice per month. 

Maybe there's a lot, maybe there's enough for bonus money to compliment the rest of your strategy.

Sounds like you will keep blaming everyone else for your problem, instead of taking some of the real information that people have been generous enough to give and using it to your advantage.
