Hey Bigger Pockets community, will someone step forward and tell Patrick his idea of project managing a renovation from a 2 hour away distance when the owner is a plane flight away is a good system?

I think insurance companies routinely look for some other entity to foot the bill which is why our insurance company might proactively reach out to our guest's insurance company.In my case, the guest was sleep walking and walked out of the apartment and fell down a flight of stairs but, fortunately, was not seriously injured.

They have costly flights from your location.

or "Can I afford to take my family on this trip or buy tickets to this event?"

For many people it's going to be less than a speeding ticket.

Put reasonable numbers together for the big ticket stuff and add a contingency factor you are comfortable with. 

I know my market well, but if a client I work with lives a multi state flight away and finds a deal in another FL market that I don't know, it's pretty unprofessional for me to somehow want to represent them on that deal in a market I am licensed for but do not know like my local market.

I had to transfer my flight ticket from March 14th to March 15th…..Does anyone has some suggesitions on that?
