Mathew,You will notice that I did not say it is good, ethical business practice.

I am wondering, as you work with a seller ethically, what do you need to tell them as far as options are concerned so as not to look like you scammed them?

It certainly is not a violation of the code of ethics.

They will understand that.If they use the term wholesaler then you can go there and ask if they work with others, but really, asking who they work with is getting close to ethical issues, you certainly don't ask who.

I really like her approach of ethical investing.

It's also about striving to be moral and ethical in your dealings with others, which is constantly reinforced by @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner  on their podcasts with their guests. 

I am very interested in aligning with people who are ethical, goal-oriented, "lets scratch each others' backs" types to create the most efficient, long-term business I can.

I have to say I liked everyone of them for their work ethic and generosity.I never felt I was taken advantage of.
