I get everything but I can't monitor a topic  when I hit the monitor but that works but I never get e mail alerts. so that's a major problem and it really cuts down on the amount of interaction I can have with BP right now.. ( not that anyone really probably cares but it would be nice to get back to full utilization)

You could have the realtor search the Realtor Remarks in the MLS for keywords like "fixer", "needs works", "TLC", "handy man special" etc then send the listings to you via e-mail.

It is NOT illegal to "wholesale" in Florida is correct BUT there are only two ways to do it legally:1. be licensed2. own it (be on title)If those wanting to "learn" this "business" choose to pay frauds and scammers that teach people to use deception, etc I would caution against trusting anyone that promotes dishonesty.
