There are literally thousands of better markets around the country so I don't understand why anyone would insist on Hawaii.I also don't understand why parents buy juice pouches.

Also I have done renovations that cost north of $100k, a brand new build off a foundation will most likely cost north of that unless you find some really cheap labor.
