It just seems to me that with having to deal with ruthless and highly dangerous gangs, threats of drive by shootings, etc, it wouldn't be worth any amount of money for anyone to either property manage or own any of those properties. 

If your in that 50% zone, that's a danger zone, 40% range is yellow-light, 30% range green-light.

While I will admit...it had it's moments that some folks would say NOOOOO....I decided to move in the area because the apartment complexes being built were nice and affrodable (esp for college students) I lived there for 5 years (obviously after going against my schools judgement and announcements to the entire campus that the area was dangerous and ghetto) and I had no problems at all.

I got a call from the neighbor that it's loud ... and also close to the fence which my neighbor feels is a little dangerous.

When starting out Banking on your tenants to cover your bills is a dangerous strategy for landlords especially long distance which is difficult and has more “ moving parts” .

Even if you are not in a litigious state, pools and trampolines are still dangerous and a liability concern.

Anything less IMO is just dangerous and should not work without supervision.

@Allison Leung since I have 3 distinct and different enterprises surround by and in RE my day is as follows.up between 5 and 6 am  I never set the clock  just wake up when I am done sleepingso say from 7 to 9 am its looking at the deals I am funding for fix and flippers on the east coast... 10 to 11 its off to the bank to wire funds to the east coast fix and flippers escrows or to sign docs for this activity. 

I know of no one that has removed the siding, which is far more dangerous than covering it up (and not terribly dangerous comparatively speaking anyway).
