I need your thoughts on this one........Its come to my notice that curently there is a black gold rush in Williston, North Dakota and that the Bakken Formation Project is all over the US news...Companies are rushing there to create units for the thousands of workers who are in desperate need of housing.My concerns are..............does it make sense to invest in these units?

The good news is that the municipality has already done all of the mitigation work to resolve any future flooding issues but I need to wait until FEMA reflects this on their maps which could take up to 2 years.I did get a great deal on this place but it has been on the market a couple of weeks with only one offer that ended up falling through.

You're wrong, it's a "POCKET VETO" it is not in place, it was caught at the White House According to the news, it was a Rebublican sponsored bill (generally anything that would be a big plus for banks and wall street will be from that side of the isle) , there was no public discussion and it passed with flying colors, the White House caught the deficiencies and how it would effect the situation and it is now dead.
