It's what I like about Facebook Marketplace over other rental platforms.

I’m just not sure how putting multiple rooms in the same house on those platforms would work.

So, I'm thinking it's more legit than not, but It's piqued my curiosity as to this:  is the host supposed to be Travel Insurance in Airbnb and other STR platforms, or are guests expected to be life-savvy enough to weather unexpected events?

I want to find a CRM I can grow into as my business expands, and keep as many functions as possible on one platform.

When I first started using it, I created test profiles on the tenant and landlord sides to experience both ends of the platform.

In my area there are people like myself that will take pictures, do virtual tour with facetime or other platform, talk to people, do research on property and other tasks needed for relatively low price.

Advantage: Interest only payments during the short term rehab at decent rates.
