I've done the AirDNA data analysis and according to their numbers I could make around $2k/month in profit.

Most of the properties will be owned in an LLC which is registered with the State so owners data is publicly available.

As owners we have the reasonable right to entry. 

Thankfully the property already has a back entry that I could just make an automated gate though I don't think that's worth it. 

After purchasing an SFR in Los Angeles in 2020 and renting out the main home to tenants, I'm close to finishing up building a new detached ADU in the rear as well, complete with a private entry and backyard for another set of tenants. 

Don’t trust any automated screening without verifying the data put on the application is correct.
