Each additional day is at a minimum $23.33 that is being withheld as daily rent, more if your lease specifies holdover rates and it is in their best interest to get you the keys.

It is more challenging to do this from a far, and I would not flip a house from a far, but if you are talking 50+ unit properties, you can typically budget in professional contractors into your numbers and reduce the risk vs Chuck and Truck handyman that needs to be overseen daily.
