Remember, the credit card company is the advocate for their customer and are looking to protect them, the tenant. 

Instead as an example a broker/agent can have a client buyer/seller they represent and then have the opposite party as a customer performing ministerial acts.There is also deginated agency where you can designate different agents within a brokerage to work with opposing parties.   

Working there taught me a lot about customer service and hard work.

Most think its just better to come up with a custom model or try to fit to more....popular models. 

There are some great packages out there for a spec house that could be build fairly easily and cheaply vs a custom design.You might want to look at hard money to complete the project.

@Greg H. thats unfortunate. we never speak of details of the report as were not allowed to but we always resolve issues with our clients & customers. i guess we just do things differently, most of my appraisers are old school though 50+ yrs old with 20+ yrs experience so i guess thats why.
