Scott, you just set off about 1,000 keyword notifications from those on BP who will now private message you and post in this forum a slanted angle of where to invest on the hope and glimmer that you give them the money to invest in them. 

Are you going to feel bad every time you see this guy if you lose him $50k in the next two years or just ghost him and move on?

Another we work with will take a new deal that was $500k, they may lend full amountore but they would also need to cross collateralize as well on other assets that would have to be atleast 2-3x value of the property.

You need to register, but there is no inspection in KCMO unless the tenant complains.
