Young people in their twenties can be remarkably stupid about things they post publicly without filters on social media.

They are people looking for a social outlet among others interested in real estate (or listening to their problems, etc.).

You have the drunk, the constant complainer, the hater, the busy body, the social butterfly, the know-it-all, etc.

Social Security numbers and credit checks are not needed until after a showing and the applicant decides they would like to continue with the application process.
