I would really like to see something that automatically replies to sites like Zillow, Hotpads, Craigslist, etc in addition to scheduling (this is more difficult than it sounds, since I have to use a combination of vacation response, canned responses with filter through google, and a zapier automation).

Here is a snapshot:  furnace filter replacement, air filter replacement, weatherstripping on porch door, issues with rear door lock, kitchen sink draining slowly, stove bulb missing, front vent not staying open (prob a heater vent since it was in Nov), bathtub leaking.

This also serves as a screening device to filter out the deadbeats who do not want to be checked.Next, verify income however you can - bank statements, wage stubs, tax records (self employed or independent contractors), award letters, etc, and try not to blush when you ask for these documents.
