So when a lead comes in it creates a contact that will store all info about it through entire process.

So I was the bakery section of a grocery store getting them a big brownie with "Happy Anniversary" put on it. 

Our's came unfurnished, but we were able to negotiate a 15K furniture concession from the sellers at a local furniture store there in Pigeon Forge.

I used to race/ride dirt bikes all the time and wish I still owned one.

Another option would be an STR by the month, assuming you don't have much furniture to move/store. 

I work at a paint store so I know a lot of contractors, and am handy myself and can do a lot of the work as well.
