I've been analyzing tools to do some of this automated work, email, follow up, cleaning schedules, but there are times as you mentioned when human intervention is a must. 

On top of our full-time jobs (my wife is an RN, and I'm an Automation Engineer) we own a small business that makes specialty service tools for a couple of specific industries.

Multifamily syndicated securities offerings can be structured many ways so whether or not a lender would view your securities as valuable would depend on the duration of the debt instrument they're using the collateral for, whether or not a secondary market exists to exchange said collateral for cash, how marketable the securities would be without a secondary market given how the offering is structured, etc.  

I think the biggest issue is that I am getting so few contacts with the correct property owner that after cold calling for 20 hours and 5000 calls the correct person only picks up 1% of the time. 90% of calls picked up go straight to automated voicemail and even when I connect with the right number, it goes to the owner's voicemail 80% of the time.

On the whole, Zelle is not what I'm looking for, to get automated rent payments.
