Finding a quality tenant can take longer than expected.

I’m more focused on Very long term property holds (generational legacy building) in sought-after areas that attract high quality tenants.  

I need to dig deeper and see if there are ways to pull email addresses using the system.Do you all think the information in the paid systems has significantly higher quality?

Get quality tenants in and get them cash flowing as quickly as possible.  

Typically first to fall is SFR properties, then multifamily, then commercial but this virus is different.On the commercial retail side I still have clients buying it is a (flight to quality) meaning most want investment grade tenants now even if  a lower cap rate.

It’s kind of a gamble but I guess you can make an educated bet based on the market, supply/demand, and the quality of management.If you didn’t do that then I do think they’re due back their deposit.On the positive side, it sounds like you have a nice property in a popular area if it rented that quick..Best of luck!
