Not every loan we extend is 100% financing, nor do we advertise that they are, many of our borrowers end up needing to bring some cash to close. 

Have your follow up campaigns dialed up before generating any leads from anybody.

.- Direct mail: All those flyers clogging your mail box are there for a reason - direct mail campaigns work.

Buying rentals and rehabs are much easier because most often they are advertised for sale.  

@Stuart Swift  Not sure if you have thought of a mail campaign to find off market leads.

I've heard about getting these done and haven't seen a traditional lender advertise that as a service. 

You guys need to do your due diligence.If you have been to Playa to Tulum, you undoubtedly have seen huge billboards from GMB advertising various projects and supposedly guaranteeing the buyer a return between 8 and 13%.
