In GA it's active license for 3 years before taking the brokers test.I saw the 100% per trans fee model and thought I could just grow this up and then sell it off quickly .Was making about 2,000 a month gross.

I sold him one of our duplexes a couple of years ago that is paying very well.All of his kids have purchased homes we owned & are also looking to expand into rentals with us.2014 ... we are actively looking at several more buys.
