I for one would dislike being pushed into a box, I'd prefer to choose my own stuff...and it really ain't that hard.Interesting concept though, I just do not see the value for a veteran Contractor or Imvestor.I'd ask for references before using them...

@William Causey depends on the transaction and the parties involved.Agree with @Dennis McNeely on some of the transaction costs.A different issue though is with an Assignment, the buyer gets to see what you paid for the property.

We give them the exact address, a video of what it looked like when it was bought, who did the rehab, what the rehab cost, what it rented for, a video of what it looked like AFTER the rehab, who did the loan (who the lender was), etc.
