I'm probably your guy, if not I'll take it apart and have it figured out in about a day.In my adventures and travels in my life I was able to buy a house in Texas when I was 25 or so using my VA loan (Prior military) and since then turn it into a rental.

@Shani DixonIf you or your spouse is a military veteran then you can use the VA Loan...........No Money Down :-)Also....with FHA you only have to put 3.5% Down
