Hi BP, Any suggestions on how should Incorporate my real estate investment biz?

Maybe it would work out if you found one in real estate.These are all small suggestions, but the main point is to take a step back and look at the bigger picture before jumping to pay the irs $35K in taxes.

I don't wish to include personal credit or income as a factor in getting financing.Any suggestions?

I would strongly suggest that you consider small apartments if you feel good about them and can add value some way.  

I'm asking for any experience and suggestions from any BP  members who have knowledge of a situation like this and what can I do to adjust my REI business model to deal with this.I didn't have flood insurance and hoping I get the FEMA grant that has been approved for the area.This is a very difficult time and thousands of people like me are doing everything we can to survive and come out of this in one piece. 

Everything is in my name and then I started an LLC but have not transferred everything into the LLC.I suggest listening to podcast 109.  

@Michael Clevenger just make sure that if you follow @Brandon Ingegneri suggestion you find an Investor Friendly Title company that can do this for you and not mess up the deal with the FHA loan, what Brandon says can be done and you recover your money + interest in the long run.

I will take any tips, suggestions or advice for new investors! 

Problem is (go figure) that I'm not sure I can raise the capital need to do the deal yet and therefore, so I'm looking for suggestions and feedback on how to do that.
