Hello,I am looking for an accountant in the Fort Myers / Southwest Florida area.I have been using a national accounting firm but want to transition to a local firm that has experience dealing with real estate investors.Anyone have any recommendations based on personal experience ?

@Curt McClements if you are looking to invest in anything over a SFR as an investor ordinary financial institutions want the investor to put 25% down on the property.

I went with National Bank of Kansas City, and their fees were much lower. $495 mortgage fee was all from the bank if I remember correctly.
