The court actually issues the garnishment, otherwise any ole joe can call someone's employer and request a garnishment.

We used to use a plumber that charged $140 for a service call and that would cover the 1st hour of labor.

Joe Koppel If you go to the local county tax collector's website, you should be able to pull the current bill by parcel number.

I've contacted a few lawyers and they all want to charge me a couple hours of labor to review the declaration but I have already reviewed the declaration and that is the portion that the HOA attorney is using on me.
