There are free calculators for mortgage calculations on the internet for your laptop/computer and your phone. 

Yet, people buy the fear, lap it up and run up and down the road of the internet screaming "THE END IS NEAR, THE END IS NEAR!!!!!". 

Local investors can refer a CPA who owners rentals themself, and give you good entity (LLC) and tax advice.Sort of a disclaimer that makes sense here;  don't ask the internet for serious medical advice, same goes for legal advice. 

insurance, gas. maintenance, cell phone bill, internet connection..

Everyone has a story, and the internet is full of life giving stories and life sucking stories, and we won't resonate with them all.

Even with all the technology out there along with internet leads you as a seller can get from FB, Zillow, Realtor.com, and others you will be hard pressed to obtain a full sale as a FSBO.If you move forward with the FSBO listing, N.A.R. did go on to say that 88% (basically 9/10) of buyers utilized an agent to help purchase the home, which puts you into a position that you'll need to agree to producing commission for the buyers agent that is bringing that buyer to you to purchase your home.

But if you have a wifi enabled lock, and the wifi is off (internet problem, power is out, etc) does the lock still work? 

Great questions to ask are where do they get their data -- is it just scraped from the internet or source at the credit bureau level.

In a way it was unfortunate I didn't have all these resources (BP, the whole internet, podcasts, etc.) when I started into REI, but on the flip side, I was able to stay more focused and not get completely bombarded with TMI- too much information.
