I will stand behind my statement regarding the generally poor quality of Irving ISD schools.  

I live it, know it and breathe it.I currently work for All Elements roofing as a sales rep, specializing in flat, shingled in standing seam roofing in the Twin Cities.

That money will now have to be accounted for from a qualification stand point and seasoning standpoint. 

Parking, hunting, fishing, storage, farming, Xmas trees, farm stand, construction material/vehicle storage, beach parking/shuttle to beach, haunted hay rides/mazes, "tiny" houses on trailers, flea market...

The elements are very expensive, so when they finally die, we open up the cabinet & counter to accommodate a free standing range.Consider patching and painting the veneer door.

In the meantime, I am going to continue to educate myself on REI and hopefully expand my network via Bigger Pockets.As it stands right now, the biggest obstacle I see for myself is deciding on what market to invest in.
