There are amazing benefits to it however: learning lead generation/marketing/brand awareness, networking, learning your market better, creative finance...on and on...Take the time to interview someone locally and keep an open mind.

My mistakes costs me alot of money...I am not expert but thanks to BP networks and listening to a lot of podcasts, I am much better prepared now.Best of luck with VA loans.

A lot of the top producers in my market are women and THE top producer in my company last year was a woman.We are here to network and make deals, if you can do that you are welcome at my table anytime.By the way, 25 years is way too long to have a sweater.

By you posting this topic, is a great start for you to network and learn from other investors.There's only so much you can read and listen, so another tip I would suggest is just take action.

Having said that, it’s a great program with some incredible time-saving tools that I haven’t seen anywhere else, in-person workshops that give you time to talk through details and personal applications, not just the investing overview you received, people who are a phone call away to talk you through deals when you get stuck, and a great network of like-minded people.

Meeting other investors face to face is even better (and as Jay said, our RareBird Investor Network meetings are a great way to do that).

They are a "We Buy Houses" type company and then it looks like they are working to develop a network of potential end users that they could offload properties to.
