Any tips for this project in general?

I’ve found a few houses that look amazing but I’m focusing on getting financing in order before I make my next move.Looking to connect with anyone who knows the area, or any other helpful tips.

--------------------------Background:I have a rental property in Swansea, at the north end of the neighborhood, backing to the train tracks.

The new house has everything I need in a house, but location is 8.5 (near a rarely used, but still used train track, new development, no trees) and tiny lot of 2500 s.f.

For those who already have someone working for them what did you find to be the challenge when training someone to take the job serious if working from home.
