Once the Christmas shopping season and returns end the bottom will drop out soon after.

For financing shop around and find a reputable lender, don’t think best rate equals best deal since a “promise” means nothing until rate lock and closing docs signed. 

Glad I didn’t read Russel’s post while I had coffee, may have come out my nose...On a serious note, our location is somewhat unique as we’re not a pure vacation nor a big city.
