Some people do very well with internet marketing, Youtube videos, trading stocks, futures, options, selling on Ebay, selling Ebooks, coaching, mentoring, etc. i think it is important to find something you can be passionate about 'that does not feel like work" and then the money will come.That's my .02

From 2016 to the present, I did some renovations and rent a portion of my house to get rental income to pay for 90% of my housing expenses (mortgage, property tax, property insurance, utilities, internet, maintenance, etc).

I think you are expecting too much from someone that wants or needs to rent in a MH park.I'd try meeting with applicants and taking a paper application.Run their background check and look at their credit score, criminal and eviction history.You may have people that get paid cash and can't produce a w2, they may not even have internet access or a bank account.I think a credit score and trying to talk to a previous landlord is the screening you need to be doing.Collect a larger deposit to give you a bigger buffer and see if you can't find some people that will turn out to be good tenants.File an evictions on the ones that are behind.

School, for some, was the only possible education.Today, if you have a smartphone or access to the internet, it's almost free.There have always been bookstores and libraries if course, but never had so much info been literally in the palm of our hand.It's a double edge said sword, though, because with that information we naturally have a lot of bad info to decipher or sift through.
