Hello, Newbie here      I would like to know is it possible to do wholesale deals over the internet.

I find my self searching the internet and when I see a property that I like I plug in my numbers and the cash flow just does not seem to be enough.

Then I got on the internet and bought one of those subscriptions so I could look up all of the owners and get their phone numbers.
