That is why in California you tend to see virtually all foreclosures conclude non-judicially.

Hey @Jolene Perry ,Many accountants have clients in many different states and have the ability to work virtually.

This site is great and as long as you are willing to invest time in your education and work hard for a long time and also ask a lot of questions questions you are virtually assured of success. 

I remember when he began his program to help people learn how to sell virtually, it wasn't that it was "new" so much, inasmuch as the WAY he approaches it.

I have moved homes 300 miles before but I got them for free or virtually.

But as I state and I have worked in over 20 markets you can find these homes virtually everywhere.WE can find condo's in Vegas still for under 30k.. and I am sure other desert cities.

Virtually all lenders:  residential, hard money and commercial (except non-recourse which is fairly rare) require a personal guarantee, @Rob Beland and it doesn't have to do with the LLC having no history.I did not understand from the original post that she was going to live in it.
