It could be re-written under a post of "How to fly a King Air" and most would equally accept it. hahaha what if we say the wall st guy is not stupid they know how to protect assets, options are just like insurance premium to insure when the unexpected happen real estate, the question would be are you using ACV or replacement cost method LOL it's in all those details sometimes we found opportunities, both in real estate and stock index.

One downside we've found is that payments made by tenants can't be refunded and tracked in the system (like when a tenant has a recurring payment scheduled but makes an additional payment by accident).
