I'm looking at small tiny strips or former bank buildings as a potential flip.  

If your mortgage payment was $500 per month you would have at least a tiny bit of cash flow. 

I would like at the highest numbers first because the lowest are going to be a bunch of tiny/ unusable pieces of vacant land that nobody wants.
