me i'm openminded and know everyone's priorities are different ie a father of 5 kids i admire he put their education funds first, over what he does or doesnt 'own'; but just wondered if brokers are sometimes evaluated by peers along such lines as owning vs renting.seems to me lately alot of acquaintances around exude bountiful success and throw around huge volume numbers but sometimes when given a look an inside look at their assets either some are hidden, lots of $$$ is being spent on overhead/expansions, and/or ppl nowadays somehow generally r spending beyond their means no matter what income bracket?!

:) A national credit tenant has certain needs, and your property would need to meet a majority, if not all, of those needs e.g. population, household income, location, traffic, etc.In addition, many national retailers need to be in A+ to A- locations with B properties often a secondary option in unique situations.My recommendation would be to figure out who your national credit tenant audience would be for the individual units in the property and then research their new location criteria.

The 'guru' type atmospheres are usually just cash generating platforms for said gurus; so I would definitely caution against throwing out large sums of money for something like that.
