You don't need to buy any courses yet until you have exhausted the Internet of free information, which is kind of an impossibility, and by that time you should be able to differentiate the true coaches them from the marketing gurus. 

You obviously have the internet. 

Not specific to real estate.It suggested that a lot more business could be done, with or without the Internet, if trust could be established and tracked over time. 

A lot of the knowledge you need as newbie is out there on the internet for free.

Many avoid cutting the grass at all, and few would attempt such tasks as trimming bushes, mulching flower beds, and raking leaves.

As an experienced investor you should know that you do not meet people on the internet and expect to do business and not get scammed.
