We picked up the homes cheap at the auction I guess everyone else was busy watching a sports game instead of going to the auctions lol.

I don't wish I was rich just so I can flash my sport and super cars to everyone.

I'm 20 years old and playing a sport in college, I currently do not have any credit history. 

Competition is high, and consequences of making a mistake seem low.I'd love to see the statistics of how many people move to the Bay Area without having first secured a job, because--although I'm not a gambling man--I'd wager that the majority move there simply assuming that they will find a job.

It's a gamble, but an exciting one.

The council is doing a great job with upgrades such as the overpass on the city side of the hathaway bridge (which currently has a very active train track and red-light causing tons of traffic), banning alcohol on beaches during Spring Break (this makes businesses hold more family friendly retail items which cleans up their look and act) and the addition of the new sports complex on the east end which will bring in youth sports teams and their families year round. 

I find the field of real estate to be just as competitive as any sport I have taken part in.

I didn't discover Bigger Pockets until after I purchased the property and am learning that I took a bigger gamble than I thought I was according to Brandon Turner and many others.

This can be tricky and a gamble.
