May be a silly question but when you order an inspection should you be checking workers comp is up to date in the same way we check it for normal contractor work?

On a later date, the buyer received TDS (not sure if it's the same as the one reviewed previously or not) after signing the purchase agreement. 

This building was built in 2014 (out dated see pictures) and the City was completely different and small town vibe even if it was only 8 years ago.
