If that hole has been there for weeks or months and you start pulling stuff away from the walls and water starts dripping out of the garbage you shoudl assume its soaked into the walls. 

I don't know that residency will be as time consuming for me as it may have been for a surgical subspecialty like urology since I am going into psychiatry (most residents I talk to say that after intern year it really levels out, and more than 80 hours a week during the first year is extremely uncommon with less than 60 after that being average).

@Scott Anderson In NYC we have employees who take out the garbage weekly and clean the building halls and common areas frequently so I expected something similar for these apartment buildings.

I drive for dollars everyday, I send out 50 yellow letters to absentee owners every week, and I have bandit signs posted around town.

I’m actuallly heading back to the states in a few weeks and thought I might try to meet the owner or agent face to face so they know I’m serious.

I'm planning to make an all-cash offer for a SFR in a week or so.
