We know that owning real estate in the LONG TERM has benefits that outweigh the easy short-term choice of renting.

I work for a wholesale broker and have a client that is looking to purchase a short term rental in NC on approx 1 acre.   

Market Parallels: There are similarities between the current economic climate and the 1970s, a period marked by high inflation and sluggish growth.

FYI: It’s a 5 bedroom- 4 bath, I’m looking for a group of professional roommates or a family.  4 days is pretty short to worry - especially a five-bedroom house - this is likely going to have a much smaller group of potential tenants and ging to take some time.

Long story short, I don't like factoring in lower costs just because a unit is freshly built/rehabbed. 

I need to replace that monthly income of $5200 a month, and I have ambitions to invest out of California and am looking at markets like vegas either short term rentals, codo hotel (very iffy on this), and Toledo, Ohio. 

If they get a good listing, they have a short list.

Most deals that are predicted to have a $50,000+ profit in more expensive markets only have one viable exit strategy, and if the market shifts during the holding period, there is often very little that investors can do to quickly pivot.There are tons of ways to succeed in real estate, and I’m not here to shut down anyone’s path.

I would short bitcoin.
