What to ask, say, do, what to watch out for, ect..I have no credit...i just bought a new car w/ cosigner so i will have credit soon.i want to buy and resell for profits and have rental property. i mean is there anywhere or anyone that can "hold my hand" and show me how to do it???

At the end of it, the second person's credit is excellent and then they fly the coop (so to speak).The two people that I know of didn't have any money exchange hands for this service, it was done as a courtesy between friends.I would love to find someone willing to do this for me.
