@John Olsen yes there are more training video on fixing issues in your home.

Particularly those who are already trained in real estate services.

I highly recommend getting a good training course that walks you through all the steps and how tos and includes good contracts.Two I recommend at MAREI areTom Zeebs Rapid Cash Generation Course - we were selling it this past weekend at MAREI with a discountVena Jones Cox - Goddesses Guide to Wholesaling - I am sure she will be selling it at the OREIA convention in October, she does not usually sell it online, but through local Real Estate Investor Groups.

You don't need any seminars or training programs and pay thousands of dollars to do real estate. 

When they followed up in an email they said they would get it within 2 months, plan on obedience training, and would be glad to address any concerns in advance of getting one. 

BP has been a wealth of information and I know that there are other trains of though.

I did my researches about how to train tenants by using the septic and especially we see lots of  families with young kids occupying the units so more laundries are done in the building . my experience on real estate investing is that I have done over 10 flips in NY areas and currently own 2 sfrs rentals in PA , should I go ahead with this building or should I continue to buy my sfr rentals (some has public sewer and some has septic in that area ) ?

DC is relatively agreeable in this regard, as it's a short train or bus away, and I'm there almost every other week.

Once you select a Brokerage they will give you additional training on contracts, how to sell, and others.
