Invoices change behavior, friendly reminders or stern letters rarely do.

I usually respond to their emails with a statement of  requirements, a reminder of key elements of the property, and an open house date if they are interested.I track any answers to any screening questions when I talk to them and anything they volunteer so I can remember who they are. 

This statement reminds me of something I heard on the radio a while back re: Millbrae - e.g.

reminder - make sure you  look into  getting financing / loan  ore approval  in place   as  one of  your  first steps   if you  decide to  delve deeper :)

I have people in my life that remind me that real estate is a vehicle that can lead to financial freedom which I believe is my true goal when it comes to real estate.

That reminds me that I should go back and look at what kind of paperwork they filed to get it back in their name. 

I’ve heard of the growth collective before, thanks for the reminder, Richard.

But, since as I said, we don't rely on the score, I do keep it as a reminder when other criteria are all too close to make a final decision.
