Your equity is growing and as interest rates creep up you should see a bit of a jump in the rental market meaning you might be able to raise the rent a bit.

I like it because you can have a small involvement (like me) or grow into something large and complicated.

I agree that CHURNING the money and keeping it growing fast and liquid is key.You could be waiting a long time on that big payday.

More than anything though, I am asked to determine what failed to allow the mold to grow.
